Responsibilities:

Support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Conduct organizational, operating model, and process assessments, and support the design and implementation of target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives.
Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, governance documents, management reports, and other project-related documentation.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support the successful delivery of programme objectives within established timelines.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, governance forums, and management discussions across regional and head office functions.
Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, implementation plans, and decision papers, while providing practical recommendations to support business objectives.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, market research, RFP responses, and development of knowledge assets.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Risk Management, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, governance, risk management, financial services, or similar disciplines.
Experience in operating model design, organizational transformation, process improvement, governance enhancement, business analysis, gap assessments, and policy/procedure development.
Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare policies, governance frameworks, committee papers, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regional, international, or multicultural environments.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services, particularly in risk, compliance, governance, PMO, programme governance, operating model transformation, or large-scale transformation programmes, would be advantageous.
Familiarity with shared services, centres of excellence, matrix organizations, proposal development, RFP responses, and business development activities would be advantageous.
Good communication skills in both English and Japanese would be advantageous to effectively engage and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
