Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth within the security services sector. This role focuses on securing new clients, managing key relationships, and delivering revenue targets in the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- 3-7 years of BD/sales experience, preferably in security services
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore market
- Experience with tenders (e.g., GeBIZ) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
