Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
This role requires someone who can independently develop clients, capture and translate client needs into actionable solutions, and drive business delivery with quick turnaround. This position is ideal for mature professionals who can hit the ground running and achieve business goals autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Needs Management
- Independently develop and follow up with clients, capture client needs, and drive business implementation with rapid delivery
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
2. Sales Activities & Solution Presentation
- Conduct consultative sales activities, including solution demonstrations, product presentations, and value proposition discussions
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
3. Solution Customization & Contract Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to design outsourced solutions tailored to client needs and expectations
- Prepare persuasive proposals and quotations, and manage contract negotiations and renewals
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Provide high-quality service and support to clients throughout the sales process
5. Sales Data & CRM Management
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track progress, and identify areas for improvement
6. Industry & Market Insights
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Corporate Secretariat, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, with preference for candidates who can independently handle client accounts
- Ability to capture client needs and deliver solutions rapidly
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
