Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The ideal candidate is a pro-active, motivated and organised individual who welcomes the challenges of fostering long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, closing business deals and playing a significant role in the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets through strategic engagement and consultative selling.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking on new client leads and be the consultant to new and existing clients on engaging, advising corporate clients in areas of structuring, incorporation, licensing, accounting, taxation and related topics.
  • Actively engage the clients for cross-selling of the Group's services in 8 markets of Asia Pacific with key focus on China
  • Responsible for effective management of new leads, new client onboarding, conducting customer due diligence and KYC works for the Group.
  • Responsible for assisting the Manager/ Assistant Manager in developing channels of sales leads from China outbound leads.
  • Generates new corporate partnerships with China network firms through various modes such as events, networking sessions, and ongoing relationship management of existing corporate partners.
  • Conducts data analysis and prepares detailed report for new business opportunities as and when required.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Good university degree preferably in area of finance, accounting, banking, business or marketing
  • Know-how and experience in managing direct and indirect business-to-business sales channels
  • High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve performance goals
  • Have an outgoing personality and loves communicating with people
  • Able to present and articulate well in both written and verbal communications
  • Able to work well with colleagues across functions and jurisdictions
  • Relevant past experiences in the corporate & professional, accounting, taxation, secretarial services etc will be preferred
  • Proficient in speaking and writing of Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders or potential clients
  • Strong understanding of the China market and ability to navigate cultural and business nuances
