Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage strategic partnerships, and expand our regional presence in the premium meats market.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and enter new markets.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
. Collaborate with marketing, sales, procurement, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
. Track performance and provide regular reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
. Min. 5-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic roles, ideally in F&B, or manufacturing.
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
. Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
