Location: Singapore or Bangkok, Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Competitive depending on experience + Uncapped commission.

As part of our continued success within the OTA space we are now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who has extensive experience working within this industry who will work closely with our Global Lead for OTA's.
Business Development & Planning
Generate meetings with prospective clients via Phone, Email and LinkedIn.
Pitch via Zoom and in person before developing proposals that meet client needs. concerns, and objectives.
Attend events and conferences, becoming the face of Protect Group in your sector.
Submit progress reports and regular sales forecasts, ensuring these are achieved.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within Protect Group's CRM.
Required Skills and Experience
5 years of relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably with an OTA background
Significant B2B sales experience in business development and/ or account management
Drive and monitor performance towards OKRs including Sales targets.
Evaluate local market characteristics, trends, and drivers, and effectively prioritize and manage your pipeline.
Ability to identify and articulate partner priorities to formulate and position solutions as win-win outcomes, aligning needs with relevant offerings, presenting them compellingly and creating value.
Comfortable working with a global team and open to regional travel
Exceptional prioritization and time management skills
An innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
Self-motivated individual with a Get it done! attitude
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in an additional language is a plus
Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building rapport to become a trusted advisor to partners
Advanced skills in G Suite & MS Office
