Senior Business Development Consultant – Singapore
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to drive growth in the APAC region, focusing on education, training, and professional services for financial sector clients. This is a sales + account management role for a self-starting, outgoing professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Win new business and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Sell blended learning solutions, including e-learning, technology, and instructor-led programs.
- Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to senior stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solutions and maximize results.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in B2B sales of education, learning, or training solutions.
- Proven success selling to financial services clients is a must.
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong hunter mentality: prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals independently.
- Outgoing, driven, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience of working in Hong Kong or Australia is a distinct advantage.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
