Role Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing, regulated digital asset and payments platform to hire a Head of Growth / GTM to build and scale its institutional growth engine.
This role will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy across OTC trading, fiat payment rails, and digital asset infrastructure, driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across global institutional segments.
You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating complex financial products into scalable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Define and execute GTM strategy across multiple product lines (trading, payments, APIs)
- Identify and prioritize key client segments (fintechs, PSPs, funds, corporates)
- Develop clear positioning and differentiated messaging in a competitive market
- Lead structured product launches and expansion initiatives
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own growth metrics across the funnel: pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV
- Drive measurable revenue growth across trading volumes and payment flows
- Build scalable acquisition channels across direct, partner, and inbound channels
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
- Partner with commercial teams to acquire and expand institutional clients
- Establish strategic partnerships across the payments and digital asset ecosystem
- Unlock new distribution opportunities including API-led and embedded finance models
Product & Market Alignment
- Work closely with Product to shape roadmap based on market demand
- Translate technical and complex offerings into clear, client-facing value propositions
- Drive product adoption and product-market fit across key segments
Marketing & Positioning
- Lead institutional-focused marketing efforts (content, events, thought leadership)
- Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted and compliant financial infrastructure provider
- Develop targeted campaigns for high-value B2B clients
Data & Performance Optimization
- Build and manage growth dashboards across key performance metrics
- Run structured experiments across channels, pricing, and messaging
- Continuously optimize funnel efficiency and client retention
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Build and lead a high-performing growth function
- Align closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and data-driven decision making
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in growth, GTM, or commercial leadership roles
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, or capital markets
- Proven track record scaling B2B or institutional businesses
- Deep understanding of trading, FX, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Experience working with regulated environments and institutional clients
- Strong analytical and execution capabilities across growth funnels
- Ability to simplify complex products into clear GTM strategies
Preferred Background
- Experience in crypto-native firms, exchanges, or liquidity providers
- Familiarity with API-driven or embedded finance business models
- Existing network across fintechs, PSPs, hedge funds, or corporates
