Senior Business Analyst

TCS is hiring for Senior Business Analysts

Experience Range - 8 to 12 years of experience

Location - Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Education - 15 years of full time education

Must-Have

• Knowledge of trade life cycle and Strong exposure to at least 2 asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, derivatives products – future, forwards, option, swaps
• Technical knowledge – SQL and DB query tools
• Excellent communication skills – spoken & written
• Should be proficient with Requirement gathering and Solution designing techniques and tools.
• Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and face-to-face customer management.
• Solid functional knowledge, logical thinking, ability to evaluate the impact to the system due to proposed changes

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to Big data, Knowledge of XML, FPML
• Proficient in developing overall business/test strategies, methodologies, effort estimation, capacity planning and templates.
• Proficient in SQL with Good knowledge of ALM & JIRA.
• Experience of managing big country migrations/transformation projects involving multiple partner coordination will be added advantage.
