Senior Business Analyst (Immediate joiners & F2F interview is mandatory in Bangalore location)

We're hiring a Business Analyst with strong requirements documentation, vendor/interface coordination, and stakeholder management skills, specifically within the due‑diligence / KYC domain for a BFSI environment.

What you'll do

• Lead business analysis for KYC / CDD / EDD / AML / sanctions processes: gather requirements, map as‑is/to‑be workflows, and perform gap and impact analysis.
• Create and maintain high‑quality documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows) in Confluence, linked to Jira epics/stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between KYC/compliance operations, technology, product, and vendors; coordinate requirements, demos, UAT, and releases.
• Support design and documentation of API/interface requirements for onboarding, screening, and data enrichment integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, data mapping).
• Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize the backlog in Jira, and ensure clear, timely communication across all parties.

Must‑have skills

• 6–9 years of Business Analyst experience in BFSI, with hands‑on exposure to KYC / CDD / EDD / AML / sanctions or related compliance programs.
• Strong command of requirements techniques (workshops, BRD/FRD, user stories), Agile delivery, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of APIs/integrations and ability to work with technical teams and third‑party vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a regulated, audit‑heavy environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with KYC onboarding platforms, sanctions screening, or transaction monitoring solutions.
• Basic SQL / data validation skills and familiarity with BPMN / process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Certifications such as CBAP / CCBA, or exposure to CAMS / AML training.
