Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Propel product performance by translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Perform market and industry assessments to clarify problem spaces and quantify opportunity sizing.

• Review current solutions to uncover differentiation, whitespace opportunities, and synergy potential.

• Lead user discovery through structured interviews, turning qualitative input into validated needs and themes.

• Shape clear problem statements and align stakeholders on scope, assumptions, and desired outcomes.

• Establish success measures and KPIs, and build/maintain dashboards to monitor performance.

• Conduct post-release analysis to pinpoint gaps, root causes, and high-impact improvement areas.

• Assess change requests by evaluating impact, feasibility, and cost/benefit of proposed adjustments.

• Challenge effort and resource estimates to ensure plans are realistic, evidence-based, and value-driven.

• Partner end-to-end with product and delivery teams to steer priorities, manage trade-offs, and drive outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (computer science / product management or related is a plus).

  Minimum 6 years of relevant business analysis and product delivery experience.

  Strong capability in collecting, synthesizing, and interpreting data to generate practical insights.

  Excellent stakeholder management with strong written and verbal communication to influence decisions.

  Ability to work autonomously under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver to tight timelines.
