Job Description
- Understand business processes, identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Analyze the application performance and shortfall, and propose technical solutions and ideas for improvement
- Perform SIT and support users for UAT and post-production support
- Track and report of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
Requirements
- At least 6 years working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to analyze applications and provide technical solutions is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders of all levels
- Interested in learning business processes and process re-engineering
