Position: Senior Business Analyst Cash Management
Salary: Up to SGD $10,000/month
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and stakeholder engagement across front-to-back functions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions.
- Define, design, and execute test cases for business requirements.
- Manage defect reporting, triage, and testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Groom user stories, support sprint testing, and perform QA when needed.
- Evaluate IT solutions, manage risks/issues, and align deliverables with business strategy.
- Provide domain expertise in payments and cash management.
- Support developers by bridging functional and technical requirements.
- Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate with user groups/interfaces.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in banking IT (Payments & Core Banking).
- End-to-end payments system knowledge, including ISO20022, SWIFT, SEPA formats.
- Hands-on experience with Payments Hubs, Clearing & Settlement, ACH, and payment channels.
- Solid understanding of payment lifecycles, R-Msg handling, and client-clearing flows.
- Expertise in Functional, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Strong SDLC and software testing lifecycle knowledge.
- Skilled at breaking down epics and functional specs into developable stories.
- Experience with BDD tools (e.g., Cucumber/Gherkin) advantageous.
- Familiarity with automation tools (SOAP UI, Selenium) a plus.
- Exposure to: Corporate Banking, International Payments, Compliance, FX, Swift Messaging preferred.
