A leading financial services firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join its dynamic APAC program delivery team. This Singapore-based role involves contributing to a complex, large-scale, multi-year initiative that is a top priority, with visibility at the highest levels of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support program objectives and stakeholder needs, demonstrating initiative and sound decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in understanding code logic and constructing complex data queries.
- Advanced knowledge of business and data analysis, business processes, and applications.
- Strong proficiency with key tools: JIRA, Confluence, Alteryx, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, business-readable presentations to articulate progress and address issues/risks.
- Capability to enhance existing data flows for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Skilled in authoring clear and precise documentation to support program needs and ensure future auditability.
- Strong interpersonal and partnership skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers and clients.
- Logical and clear communicator, able to take direction from program leads and stakeholders while working independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the APAC region.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, with English fluency at an international business standard.
