Senior Analyst / Manager (Business Planning & Analysis)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business, operational, and financial data:Prepare reports and provide performance insights.
• Develop financial and business models: Forecast performance and support strategic planning.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Analyze costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze economic/investment trends.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Manage sales compensation:Oversee target setting, commission structures, and monthly calculations.
• Support global business, sales, and service team initiatives and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Background Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field
• Experience in Business Analysis and reporting, Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Strong proficiency in financial tools and software
• Understanding of financial accounting and accounting principles knowledge
• Project management experience
