Analyze the business processes to identify and address operational, financial and technological inconsistencies, gaps, or conflicts and use case mapping.
Review and propose measures for enhancing the processes. Create and implement roadmaps for business process analysis, impact/data analysis, gaps diagnosis, business requirements and implementation of solutions.
Accumulate, interpret, and outline the functional and non-functional requirements and user stories with a well-defined acceptance criterion and process mapping to deliver new features and products supporting current vs. future customer and product requirements.
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, cooperate with IT to enhance the product and address user requests and market demands.
