Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly confident and articulate Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to drive business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technology/delivery teams
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized solutions
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Support project delivery across the full lifecycle (initiation to implementation)
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business sign-off
- Manage multiple stakeholders across different levels, including senior leadership
Key Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Singaporean nationality (as required for stakeholder alignment and regulatory context)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with high confidence in stakeholder interactions
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
