Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 Salesforce Developers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to best practices.

Code Governance: Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring legacy code is optimized and modern code is scalable.

Release Management: Act as the Release Manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.

Stakeholder Management

Strategic Advisory: Recommend when to stay in Classic vs. migrate to Lightning based on business impact and technical debt.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, with a heavy focus on end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Highly Desirable: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2), and Salesforce Application Architect certification.
