Job Description

  • Clarifies and translates business requirement to IT system functional requirement and system interaction and flows. Collaborate with business users and technical delivery teams in developing scalable and flexible IT solution including studying both the business and system impact, create user stories, functional design, test strategy,
  • Should have at least 5-10 Years of working experience as Business analyst
  • Good to have Insurance experience and able to speak Mandarin
  • Understand business context of business requirement, assess if there are gaps and work with business to update requirement documents.
  • Develop functional solution design specification that IT Technical team can use and develop the corresponding technical solution design specification.
  • Requirement gatherings and product documentation
  • preparation -Functional Requirement Specification
  • (FRS) and Functional Specification Document (FSD)
