Overview

We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Business Analystwith a strong background inInsuranceandClaims Operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in business/process analysis, excels at gathering and documenting requirements, and brings a solidtechno-functionalunderstanding to bridge business needs with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex insurance and claims-related initiatives.
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to drive operational efficiency.
Conduct detailed requirement elicitation sessions with business users, SMEs, and technical teams.
Translate business needs into clear and well-structureduser stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented effectively.
Support solution design by leveraging deep domain knowledge and techno-functional perspective.
Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
Assess change impacts and support change management activities.
Ensure alignment of business goals with project outcomes and delivery timelines.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within insurance and claims processes.

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 yearsof experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
Strong domain expertise inInsurance; hands-on experience inClaimsis highly preferred.
Proven experience defining and documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
Expertise in writinguser stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Solidtechno-functional background, able to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital transformation initiatives or insurance system modernization.
Knowledge of common insurance platforms or workflow tools.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Product Owner.
