About The Job
The Senior Branding/Listings Manager will lead the research efforts for corporate rankings, utilizing financial tools like Bloomberg and Refinitiv to gather and analyze data. This person will review financial reports, and contribute to the creation of new industry-specific lists. The role requires a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and being in a client facing role to market capabilities to listed clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Research: Conduct detailed research using Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other financial tools to gather and analyze data on corporate revenues and performance.
- List Development: Collaborate with the List Director and market analysts to develop new lists, such as industry-specific rankings or trend-based corporate performance lists, based on market needs.
- Market Trends Expertise: Utilize experience in the commercial world to identify market trends and ensure lists reflect the latest industry insights.
- Client Interaction: Support the Regional Director with client visits and presentations, providing insights into ranking methodologies, business offerings via branding and research findings.
- Data Tools Mastery: Utilize advanced data tools such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv to streamline research processes and ensure accuracy in ranking corporate performance.
Skills And Experience Required
- Strong background in finance or financial analysis, with experience in reviewing financial statements and corporate reports.
- Familiarity with research tools like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and financial databases for corporate data analysis.
- Proven experience in ranking companies based on financial performance, such as corporate revenues and earnings.
- Commercial experience in finance, consulting (Big Four experience a plus), or a related field with an understanding of market trends and business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead research teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
