SENIOR BIM MODELLER

Responsible for creating and managing digital models of building structures and systems, using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: -

. Develop constituent parts of the information model in connection with specific task.

. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.

. Production of project output.

. Ownership of model information.

. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

. Create Revit worksets and understanding of the Revit work-sharing process. Input marked‐up drawings into Revit.

. Download drawings and information from the Web, SharePoint, or project websites (FTP, etc.

. Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
