Senior / BDM - Contract Logistics

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be the strategic architect of our local Contract Logistics (CL) growth. This is a high-impact role focused on building, scaling, and sustaining a premium CL portfolio through deep operational insight and long-term enterprise partnerships.

• Identify and secure high-value, local contract logistics opportunities, moving beyond transactional sales to build a sustainable, quality-driven B2B pipeline.

• Partner closely with internal operations and engineering teams to design and implement complex, end-to-end warehousing and distribution frameworks tailored to client-specific requirements.

• Lead the full sales life-cycle for strategic accounts, focusing on long-term retention and the continuous evolution of service offerings to meet shifting client needs.

• Leverage a deep understanding of WMS, inventory management, and facility workflows to ensure proposed solutions are both commercially viable and operationally excellent.

• Act as the local subject matter expert on Singapore's logistics landscape, identifying competitive shifts and emerging opportunities within the Contract Logistics sector.

skills and experience required

• Possess a proven track record specifically in Contract Logistics candidates with only general freight forwarding or regional-only exposure will not be ideal.
• Extensive experience in developing and navigating the Singapore enterprise landscape, with an established network of strategic local contacts.
