operations supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is in charge of planning and carrying out complex shop/warehouse rules and technology. He/She is also responsible for developing plans to check on counter display and usage. He/She rolls out programmes and uses available data to review efficiency of the shop front display/storage.He/She responsible for directing a team of shop front counter workers to make sure customer is well served and goods are correctly picked, order properly for premium customer.
