Company Profile: F&B Cafe
Position: Senior Baker
Job requirement:
supports the Chief Baker in daily bakery operations and production.
Assist in producing bread, pastries, and desserts following standard recipes
Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation
Support and guide junior kitchen staff when needed
Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and SFA safety standards
Monitor stock, inventory, and assist with ordering
Help reduce wastage and control production costs
Maintain and use kitchen equipment properly
Assist in new product development
Follow company SOPs and kitchen policies
Perform other assigned duties
Applicants with food hygiene certification and relevant baking qualifications will be considered favorably.
Working days and timing5days, 4am-1pm (2 day off follow weekly rooster not necessary off on weekend)
