We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business performance across our outlets. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth service and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams to achieve operational excellence
- Plan staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore
