Create, test and distribute application packages, scripts, and batch programs
Manage desktop patching via WSUS and SCCM
Develop and maintain Windows desktop images
Automate OS deployment processes across enterprise environments
Responsible for configuration management by sustaining and improving the processes
Troubleshoot SCCM deployment issues (Tier 2/3 support) and maintain the SCCM hierarchy and infrastructure
Develop PowerShell, VBScript, and other automation scripts and automate SCCM portal metrics and reporting
Responsible for minimising disruptions through NanoHeal self-healing automation
Automate routine device upkeep and enforce security policies (e.g., app restrictions, data controls) and use no-code frameworks to resolve recurring problems
Maintain third-party integrations, perform data imports/exports and collaborate with development teams to improve system functionality
Implement and monitor patching strategies and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Contribute to end-user self-help resources by creating support documents and training materials
Assist users via AI-powered chat assistants and train users and internal teams on NanoHeal capabilities.
Configure real-time alerts and impact-prioritised notifications, and analyse system performance and recommend improvements.
Requirement
Must have at least 5 years of experience in similar technology
Must be experienced in SCCM 2012 or later
Must be experienced in NanoHeal Endpoint Automation tool
Experienced in these systems is preferred: Active Directory, DNS, SQL, PowerShell, VBScript, InstallShield, Windows Installer (MSI), Intune
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven platforms
Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset
Experience with policy enforcement and device compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to support and mentor junior staff
Excellent customer-facing/customer-service skills
Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, including out-of-hours working
