ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting):

. Support the design and operation of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) in compliance with Korean Commercial Act, Capital Markets Act, and Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) guidelines.

. Perform risk assessment, control design, and control testing related to ICFR.

. Liaise with external auditors on ICFR testing and audit requirements.

. Prepare and maintain documentation of ICFR processes and internal controls

. Monitor, review, and propose improvements to internal control processes in response to new business transactions or regulatory changes.

. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

. Provide training and communication to internal stakeholders on ICFR requirements and standards.

Analysis:

. Perform quarter variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide management insights

. Support and analyze the company's annual budget planning activities to ensure accurate and effective financial planning.

General:

• Support in materials preparation related to Board of Directors and Audit Committee
• Support the financial work for the other department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in external audit firm (Audit/Assurance) or ICFR-related role
• Solid understanding of IFRS and ICFR requirements for listed companies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and internal controls
• Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA) preferred
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial modeling is a plus
• Hands-on experience in ICFR implementation or improvement projects is an advantage
• Proactive in addressing issues, tackling problems, and communicating effectively across departments to drive process improvements.
