Pioneering workers rights since 1961, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) unites 59 trade unions, seven trade associations, 12 social enterprises, and other enterprise partners as we create better lives for workers here in Singapore.
Our work cuts across the different ages and stages of life as we walk the ground and respond to everyday needs. Responsibilities for Senior Associate, Direct Sales Team:
- Achieve sales targets set and foster member engagement and loyalty.
- Drive NTUC member acquisition and guide members through their sign-up journey via digital platforms
- Cross-sell and encourage uptake of key membership CVP and help them download membership-related apps at dynamic roadshow activations or engagement events.
- Provide exceptional follow-up with customers/members on their inquiries.
- Ensure data security during the sign-up process, safeguarding members information.
- Proactively collaborate with sales support to resolve any queries or member issues.
- Adhere to deployment schedules and participate in sales meetings/trainings
- Any other tasks as required
Requirements:
- A level or Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of work experience in retail sales with good track record
- Possess good communication and strong persuasion or sales skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven and thrive in a competitive sales environment
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people and adept at discovering needs through interaction
- Excellent customer service to deliver the best membership experience,
- Good team player and self-initiated worker with the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure desired outcomes in results-oriented team environment
- Proficient with MS Outlook and Teams and basic knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel
