Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers to showcase and advocate for our jewelry products and services.
• Provide attentive customer service to meet and exceed service delivery standards, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and determination to reach monthly sales goals.
• Maintain consistently well-presented merchandise, displays, and outlet appearance.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE O Level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling.
• Prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
