Our client, a global top-10 Sovereign Wealth Fund, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to join their Market Data team within the COO office. The role, which is based in the Middle East, supports the effective acquisition, governance, and commercial management of financial market data across the organisation
Core Focus Areas:
- Market data vendor governance and relationship management
- Contract and commercial oversight, including renewals and negotiations
- Usage and compliance monitoring, cost rationalisation, and reporting
- Inventory management and alignment with Finance and Operations
- Support for project teams on market data licensing and access
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience in Market Data, Operations, or Vendor Management, ideally within an investment or financial institution
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and market data contracts (e.g. Bloomberg, S&P, LSEG, MSCI, Moody's, Fitch)
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a focus on cost efficiency and data governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with international exposure preferred
