Strategize, plan and execute seasonal in-game content plan on a local level, suited according to the local market's preference
Oversee revenue and engagement monthly KPIs for the product, and develop plans to achieve the KPIs
Measure the success of product features after release and optimize their performance through split-testing and rapid, data-driven iteration
Cross team collaboration with Marketing, Design, Customer Support, and other teams to implement plans that achieve product KPIs and provide a good experience to our players
Support the product feature and tool roadmap by surfacing unmet player needs and identifying pain points
Analyze key metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to determine user trends and behavior
Collaborate with the Live Services teams to detect, surface and optimize the game economy, features and concepts, implement rebalancing plans, and identify and close out exploits
Deliver meaningful analyses and insightful outcome-driven presentations on analytic topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Build deep understanding of the product and players through regular user research such as, but not limited to, surveys, user interviews and focus group discussions
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, product management, product strategy, or other related fields, preferably within the tech or gaming industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, develop meaningful insights, and identify areas for improvement
Experience in overseeing, building, and iterating functions and processes
Adaptable, well-rounded fast learner with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus
