Financial sustainability is critical to the hospital's ability to deliver high-qualitycare. Within Patient Billing Services, the Senior Associate Executive plays an important role in supporting healthy cashflow and ensuring accurate and timely billing, claims processing, and revenue collection.

In this role, you will manage key receivables processes, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure billing accuracy and follow‑up. Your work directly supports operational efficiency, protects revenue integrity, and enables the hospital to continue delivering safe and excellent care to the community.

What You Will Drive

1. Claims Processing & Revenue Collection

. Ensure Civil Service agencies (Cumulus) and SAF/MINDEF claims are submitted accurately and without errors.

. Monitor claim submissions through the National Billing System (NBS) and log tickets to follow up on system or technical issues.

. Post payments received from Civil Service agencies, SAF/MINDEF, and Integrated Shield Providers.

. Follow up with agencies on outstanding payments, including escalation for amounts overdue beyond 60 days.

2. Cash, Card & Refund Reconciliation

. Reconcile on-site cash collections and ensure timely banking through appointed cash-in-transit services.

. Reconcile credit card payments to confirm accurate receipt of funds in bank accounts.

. Attend to email enquiries related to payments and refunds.

. Coordinate with 1FSS partners to expedite urgent refund requests as required.

3. Proces Improvement & Operational Support

. Participate actively in process improvement initiatives, IT projects, and organisational programmes.

. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve billing and receivables workflows.

. Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer in support of departmental andorganisational objectives.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

. Diploma qualification with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).

. Knowledge of SAP FICO is an advantage.

. Experience in receipting and Civil Service claims submission in a healthcare setting is a plus.
