Essential Responsibilities include:
Perform 12-hour shift to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Troubleshooting of equipment to ensure success & survival rate to meet module goals.
Troubleshoot basic and chronic equipment related issues to maintain or improve tool performance
Follow SOP, carry out CAS per specification and execute good maintenance of support tool
Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas
Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation (fill up and file the checklists)
Experience in Clean Tech / Wet etchequipment (Wet Bench and Single wafer Equipment) is an added advantage
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering, Preferably with 1-2years working experience in electrical / electronics industry
Perform 12-hours rotating shift or Normal/Swing Shift where required
