Salary Range: $4,000 - $6,500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reconciliations

Ensure our cash and positions are accurately balanced against prime brokers to maintain financial integrity.

  • Corporate Actions Processing

Manage incoming corporate action events and ensure accurate reflection in client and clearer accounts.

  • Regulatory Reporting

Handle regulatory submissions and respond to inquiries from clients and regulatory bodies with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Cash Collateral Management

Oversee cash collateral processes with prime brokers under ISDA/CSA agreements, ensuring compliance with segregated fund regulations.

  • Operational Support & Issue Resolution

Collaborate with internal teams to manage daily operations and swiftly investigate and resolve client or stakeholder inquiries.

  • Project Collaboration

Work closely with developers to support projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance operational workflows.

  • Vendor Coordination

Liaise with external vendors to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

  • Client Complaint Handling

Take ownership of client concerns, respond promptly, and escalate to superiors when necessary for resolution.

  • Process Automation

Build and maintain VBA modules to automate and optimize daily tasks.

  • Team Support

Assist and support superiors with day-to-day operational matters and contribute to team success.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Above 5 years of working experience in Financial Markets Operations, preferably in OTC Derivatives.
  • A dynamic and spontaneous individual who is passionate about Trading lifecycle-operational support.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Meticulous and with good organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and display strong initiative and resourceful
  • Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Well verse with Microsoft Office and be able to program using VBA
  • Process-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to work early hours or after hours due to need to have cover post trade processing cycle
