Manage the official global esports social media channels to drive fan growth and deepen community relationships.
Develop and execute engaging content strategies, live activations, and interactive campaigns to maximize fan participation and brand sentiment on global social media channels, mainly TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure platform-specific best practices and maximize reach and impact in priority markets.
Support PR efforts by working with internal PR teams to draft press releases, media kits, and engage with media outlets to secure positive coverage.
Collaborate with the partnership team to develop and execute sponsor activations that align with marketing objectives and deliver value for partners and fans.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in esports, gaming, or digital marketing roles, preferably with experience working on global campaigns or across multiple regions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by tournament schedules. This role may involve frequent regional travel to various countries for work-related assignments.
Demonstrated success in building and managing communities in the gaming/esports sector.
Strong capabilities in campaign planning, content creation, and community management.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Good understanding of the Battle Royale genre and its competitive esports ecosystem.
Ability to independently execute content creation on social media channels.
Experience working in global or cross-regional esports tournaments is highly preferred.
