Job Description
- Report to Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead
- Perform operations in SAP such as movement of parts/components
- Receive, check and mark parts/components before batching into warehouse
- Place and sort parts/components in the warehouse
- Issue and pick parts/components upon request
- Pack selected parts/components
- Maintain SAP inventory plant and stock level of components
- Prepare documents and coordinates with freight forwarders on cargo arrangement
- Conduct annual stocktake
- Manage documentation processes, including filing and uploading documents into folders
- Perform other related warehousing or Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead
Requirements
- O level; Higher Nitec/Polytechnic in International Logistics or equivalent
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong sense of responsibility with initiative
- Positive work attitude, reliability and diligent
- Proficient in SAP knowledge – advantage
