As an Senior / Assistant Manager, Social Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Formulate strategies and workplans to strengthen NUHS role in new health and social policies, and promote social-health integration.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and engage regularly with agencies, community partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end project management for assigned collaborations and initiatives.
- Stay updated on developments and trends in the health and social care landscape.
- Provide secretariat support to facilitate progress and discussions within assigned portfolios.
Requirements:
- Degree in any related field.
- Possess 5 years of experience in healthcare sector.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
