Requirements
A good basic degree from reputable university.
Focused and motivated individual with relevant experience in case reviews and management of complaints.
Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Keen eye for details and a curious mind to deep-dive into issues.
Excellent follow-up capabilities, ability to prioritise and handle several projects simultaneously.
Skillfulness in handling people from different levels, backgrounds and personalities.
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, including ability to negotiate, inform about risk, influence to gain alignment and agreement.
