Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and spearhead design development for renovation projects. Manage the procurement process for consultancy and construction services. Oversee project delivery, including budget and schedule preparation, contractor management, and quality control. Develop and implement project governance policies and processes. Execute special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. 2-4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities. Public sector experience is a plus. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and health standards for infrastructure development. A background in healthcare or clinical operations is advantageous. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Proven ability to manage projects and multitask effectively. Expertise in stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented professional.
