Join the Innovation & Improvement team of a next-generation integrated healthcare campus in Woodlands, where you will contribute to initiatives that enhance patient experience, operational efficiency and the delivery of digitally enabled healthcare.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical, operational and technology stakeholders on transformation initiatives spanning Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology, while supporting the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

What You'll Be Driving

• Support the development and implementation of Smart Hospital strategies, transformation roadmaps and improvement initiatives.

• Work with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and transformation.

• Conduct benchmarking and research on healthcare innovation, emerging technologies and best practices.

• Translate insights into practical recommendations, frameworks and implementation plans.

• Support initiatives involving AI, automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), from identifying potential use cases through implementation and adoption.

• Coordinate workshops, engagement sessions and capability-building activities related to innovation and digital transformation.

• Manage and coordinate multiple transformation and improvement projects, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.

• Prepare business cases, presentations, reports and project documentation for relevant stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of innovation initiatives.

• Support innovation showcases, demonstrations, hospital visits and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Develop communication materials to showcase project outcomes and organisational impact.

• Provide secretariat and governance support for relevant committees, workgroups and meetings.

• Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and service redesign initiatives that enhance productivity and organisational effectiveness.

• Support other strategic and organisational projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Recognised University Degree in Health Sciences, Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as healthcare, programme management, innovation, transformation, service redesign or continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated experience in innovation projects, transformation initiatives or project management.

• Experience in strategic planning, digital transformation or process improvement will be advantageous.

• Exposure to healthcare technology, AI, automation or RPA is an added advantage.

• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

• Able to translate strategic ideas into practical implementation plans and measurable outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and report writing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong interest in healthcare innovation, digital transformation and continuous improvement.
