As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the incumbent shall provide dynamic and insightful analytics in the development of strategies to provide affordable healthcare services and support the financial sustainability of the organisation.
Business partnering to provide financial advisory support to Business Units.
Support the annual budgeting process, including financial review and analysis.
Responsible for concise, accurate and timely management reports for regular performance reviews with senior management.
Perform feasibility analysis on new projects aimed at delivering better healthcare.
Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or Analytics related field with Minor in Finance preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind and eye for detail
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting or data analytics is an added advantage.
Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
