About Our Client
My client is a leading public healthcare group in Singapore that operates multiple hospitals and specialty centres. They are known for delivering high-quality patient care while managing large-scale, complex facilities in a highly regulated environment.
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the FM team
- Handle document filing, records management, and shared folders
- Process invoices, payments, and billing accurately and on time
- Support procurement requests and maintain service agreements
- Assist with budget tracking (CAPEX, OPEX, MOHRR) and expenditure monitoring
- Coordinate meetings, reports, KPIs, and administrative submissions
- Support internal and external audits (MOH, ISO, FM CSA, etc.)
- Assist in managing IHAM system administration
- Support contract administration for Managing Agent matters
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in facilities, building, or large organisations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of contracts, finance, and facilities operations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
