As a Senior Assistant Manager, Facilities Management (Hospital Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to the Facilities Management (FM) team to ensure smooth hospital FM operations.
- Lead and oversee FM administrative processes, ensuring accountability, timely submissions, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Process service providers invoices, claims, payments, and billings accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Support FM HOD in budget management, including annual budget submissions, accruals, expenditure monitoring, and tracking of CAPEX, OPEX, and MOHRR funding.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase processing, consolidation of service agreements, ATAs, and related documentation.
- Maintain effective knowledge management by organizing records, managing shared folders, overseeing SOPs, inventories, and ensuring document quality control.
- Coordinate administrative matters related to Managing Agent contracts, including staff compliance, work orders, claims, permits, licenses, and asset records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry
