Job Description

JoinSingHealth's Digital Health Readiness team and lead transformational changeacross Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will support theimplementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system,helping healthcare professionals adapt to new technologies that enhance patientcare.

Weare seeking a Senior/ Assistant Manager to support organisational changeinitiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative areas. You willfacilitate stakeholder engagement, coordinate training activities, and monitoradoption progress of digital transformation initiatives.

WhatYou Will Do:

Youwill develop and implement digital health readiness plans, conduct readinessassessments and design change interventions for different user groups. Yourrole involves coordinating stakeholder engagement activities including focusgroups and consultation meetings, executing communication plans and creatingmaterials such as newsletters and presentations. You will coordinate trainingprogramme delivery, monitor attendance and effectiveness metrics, as well as analysechange implementation progress using surveys and feedback sessions.Additionally, you will provide regular updates to senior management, maintaindetailed project records and prepare briefing materials for managementcommittees.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration,Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Factors, Human Resource orCommunications with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Hospital operations knowledge and professionalcertification in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP) will be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management and communicationskills
  • Ability to work independently and managemultiple priorities
  • Adaptable and resilient in managing change
