Job Description

JoinSingHealth's Digital Health Readiness team and lead transformational changeacross Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will support theimplementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) systemto drive organisational transformation initiatives that improve businessperformance whilst ensuring smooth transitions through effective stakeholdermanagement and strategic leadership, minimising disruption to healthcareoperations.

Weare seeking a Senior/ Manager to plan, implement and sustain changes thatsupport digital initiatives, restructures and cultural shifts. Reporting to theChange Lead of Digital Health Readiness, you will oversee a team whilst workingclosely with project managers to align change efforts with project timelinesand goals.

WhatYou Will Do:

Youwill design and implement Digital Health Readiness strategies, define successmetrics and conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks andresistance areas. Your role involves identifying and engaging key stakeholdersacross all organisational levels, building coalitions and acting as a trustedadvisor to leadership during transformation processes. You will develop andexecute comprehensive communication plans, ensuring messaging is consistent andtailored to different audiences whilst overseeing training programme design anddelivery to equip employees for new systems and processes. Additionally, youwill conduct readiness assessments through workshops, focus groups and surveys.You will provide coaching to senior leaders and managers, as well as developstrategies to mitigate resistance whilst managing transformation risks. Youwill also establish reinforcement mechanisms to ensure change sustainabilityand conduct post-implementation evaluations.

JobRequirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration,Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Factors, Human Resource or Communication
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with atleast 3 years in healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of hospital operations (clinical andsupport functions) and professional certification in Change Management (PROSCI,CCMP) advantageous
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operationsand regulatory requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management andcommunication skills
  • Strong facilitation, planning and analyticalabilities
  • Team player with ability to work independentlyand proactively
