What The Role Is
The main scope is of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau.
What You Will Be Working On
- Procurement Management
- To perform goods receipt duties.
- Store Management
- Manage and maintain the store inventory
- Ensure proper storage and accurate stock records.
- Manage the corporate gifts inventory, including sourcing, storage and distribution for official purposes.
- Travel Management
- Coordinate and manage internal travel arrangements for staff.
- Telecommunication
- Oversee telecommunications functions, including management of mobile services and user support.
- Updating of internal contact list
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
What We Are Looking For
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 2-3 years working experience in administrative, logistics or office support roles preferred.
- Knowledge of government procurement process will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate well and administer change management
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Comfortable with data and functional transformation.
