Job Description

What The Role Is

We are seeking an Officer-in-Charge of Finance & Administration to support our Corporate Services team in managing the financial and administrative operations of our clusters.

You will oversee day-to-day financial management, including budget planning, asset management, and maintaining our electronic registry systems. Working closely with the Finance & Admin Branch and other departments, you'll ensure our financial processes run smoothly and meet all compliance requirements.

This position offers solid experience in government finance and administration. You'll work with established systems and procedures whilst contributing to the efficient operation of our services. The role provides good exposure to different aspects of public sector financial management.

What You Will Be Working On

Your main duties will include processing payment requests, managing budgets, conducting stock takes, and maintaining accurate financial records in our procurement and payment system. You'll also ensure we follow government financial regulations, prepare for audits, and support various administrative functions across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of relevant experience who has attention to detail and enjoys working with financial systems and processes. A degree in Estate Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be advantageous for this role.

You should be comfortable following established procedures and working collaboratively with different teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
