Join SingHealth's Joint Office of Academic Medicine and playa pivotal role in advancing academic medicine across Singapore's largest publichealthcare cluster. You will be part of the team that drives the integration ofclinical service, research, and education to improve outcomes for patients andthe population through our Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs).
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Director to lead the ACPSupport Team and drive the end-to-end implementation of approved administrativerestructuring initiatives. You will work closely with the Group Director, AcademicMedicine and coordinate extensively with stakeholders across SingHealth toensure timely implementation and consistent adoption of Academic Medicine (AM)strategies.
What You Will Do:
You will support research, innovation, education, andclinical programmes that strengthen AM across our ACPs, whilst leading theimplementation of the administrative restructuring of ACPs. Your role involvestranslating workgroup recommendations into detailed operating models, includingrole definitions, reporting lines, governance structures, and employmentframeworks to enhance SingHealth's administrative capability as a cluster. Youwill develop implementation documentation such as guidelines, standard operatingprocedures, and transition plans to enable consistent adoption across ACPs and SingHealthinstitutions. Additionally, you will facilitate coordination among ACPs withcluster and institutional stakeholders including SingHealth Systemness Officeand Group Chief Medical Board's Office to improve clarity and consistency. Yourresponsibilities extend to providing secretariat support for selectedactivities involving such as governance and reporting for ACP restructuring.
Job Requirements:
. Good Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration
. At least 12 yearsof relevant experience in change management, preferably in the healthcare,education, or research sectors
. Strong background in strategic planning and management
. Experience supporting coordination and change managementacross multiple institutions and departments
. Proven ability to drive end-to-end implementation beyondpolicy design
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Detail-oriented andanalytical
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively undertight timelines
. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverseorganisational cultures and perspectives
