Job Summary
Lead and manage all architectural works to ensure timely completion according to project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to deliver quality architectural outcomes aligned with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely completion of all architectural works according to the project master programme
- Plan and implement the architectural scope of works for projects
- Coordinate all nominated and domestic subcontractors to ensure compliance with site EHS requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly architectural progress reports for integration into overall project progress reports
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to schedule procurement of architectural subcontractors, materials, and deliveries
- Liaise with consultants on all architectural matters to resolve issues and align work with project goals
- Coordinate with various trades to resolve site issues and ensure permanent works are completed on schedule
- Assign duties and lead the site architecture team to meet work schedules and quality standards
- Support Site Quantity Surveyor by evaluating quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for approval recommendations
- Assist BIM/Draftsman and subcontractors in preparing architectural drawings to meet project specifications
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with nominated and domestic subcontractors to address issues and maintain work progress
- Attend consultant, technical, and subcontractor site meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making
- Ensure issuance of CAR/CAH/NCB forms by coordinators/supervisors to vendors/subcontractors and keep site QS informed
- Coordinate and attend the RI and TOP inspections to ensure compliance and readiness
- Support Project Director, GM-Contracts, and Contracts Manager in finalizing accounts of architectural subcontractors
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore construction with a proven track record working with A1 contractors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD
- Proven experience in high-rise, mixed-development, or civil projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines
